What is it that makes the Clike Bike better than regular E-bikes?

The Clike is a high-end e-bike built with the best materials and components. Due to its size, it is more compact than most other e-bikes. The Clike can also be adapted to your lifestyle, and not the other way around.



What is the Koala Clicker?

Our patented Koala Clicker is a mounting tool specially designed to be clicked onto the Clike frame tubes. This makes it easy to click on and change accessories. Due to its strength, the Koala Clicker is resistant to various weather conditions.



Where are the Clike Bikes produced?

Our head office is located just outside of Rotterdam, where the Clike also originated. Our bicycles are also assembled here. We are proud that the Clike is not only designed in the Netherlands, but is also made in the Netherlands.



Can I get my Clike Bike in a different color?

For now, we offer the Clike in one color combination: black and red. This may change in the future! Our Flexi bicycles, on the other hand, are for sale in (color) and (color).



If I want an accessory that is not featured yet, is there some way to get it made?

Here at Clike we are constantly developing new and unique accessories. Are you looking for an accessory that we have not made yet? No worries! Share your idea here and we will contact you shortly.



What is the Flexi Bike?

Our Flexi model is, just like the Clike, a compact electric bike, but in a lower price range. This way everyone can enjoy the concept regardless of their level of income.



Shipping

How will my bike or accessory ship?

We deliver your brand new Clike personally to your home with our service in the Netherlands or Belgium. The accessories are sent by post. They are safely packed in a cardboard box with the necessary protective material. PostNL is our shipping partner in the Netherlands.



Can I come pick up my bike or accessory?

Unfortunately, that is not possible, but we are happy to offer you the service to deliver your order to the address you specified.



Can you ship internationally?

For shipping within Europe we charge € 200 in distribution costs (with the exception of the Netherlands and Belgium). We do not ship outside of Europe. Service is currently not possible outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

What payment methods are available?

Clikebikes BV has a secure payment environment via Pay.nl. On the payment page you can choose from the payment methods iDeal, Paypal or Bancontact. Is your preferred payment method not listed? Please do not hesitate to contact us.



Returns

Can I return an ordered product if I am not satisfied?

If you have ordered via the website, you have the EU-legally established right of withdrawal. So you have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days. For more information about our return policy, click here.
